I loved the little garden space and the aromatherapy smell (in the lobby, in the elevator, overall). The free to use washing machine that came with provided detergent was very helpful as well! The staff allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we can go around the city. We just came back for them en route to the central station going to the airport.

Great location- near downtown Nagoya and outside shopping outlets right down the street. Big room with a modern bathroom and clean facilities. There's only one washer and dryer but it's free for all guests to use. Front desk guy was very nice and checking in was an easy process.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love the extra large room that fits our family of 5 perfectly. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the paid parking lots are right around the corner from the hotel, so driving there by car isn't a problem.
